You could also say:
„Having respect for the SOUL is a method of how to stop violence“
„Having respect for the SOUL is how to stop violence“
„(Having) Respect for the SOUL stops violence“

You can say „a respect“ but it isn’t common. It adds emphasis onto respect and the conscious choice/effort to treat whatever/whoever in a specific and designated manner. To say „a respect“ is more a philosophical/analytical approach. Not incorrect — particularly if you follow it with a discussion of what is meant by respect — although it is not as common.

We do not say „a violence.“

Consider writing it, than wait for some hour or two, and read it again. You will see some really bad mistakes…

you know, we all do mistakes and I personally have got allways a little tiny piece of insecurity, when writing:-)
My comment on this spot: By writing in English, you will not get an audience on THIS blog, Mr. Hajny. A year ago I also thought to write in foreign language so that my friends from other side of the ocean can read my blogs, but than I noticed I was fooling myself.
I turned to Blogger…(David, please, don´t read that :-).
But that´s my experience, maybe you will experience a tiny bit of Respekt and I hope, David did´t let you down.
BTW, I´ve learned my english on THAT university too…

just allow me one or two linguistic remarks.
I very much appreciate your courage in attempting to write a rather extensive piece of text in English, but:
„…way HOW…“ is a very common ‚Czenglish‘ mistake; since „way“ already means „how“, the correct English is „way to [stop]…“ or „way of [stopping]…“;
also, neither „respect“ nor „violence“ can really take indefinite article here; you could speak of „an act of violence“ or „a tiny bit of respect“, but without such modification both nouns are uncountable and therefore cannot standardly be preceded by „a“…

…and I am afraid this gets us only through the headline ; )
